The Stag Do Mini Guide Part 2

by :

So you’ve read Part 1, and you’re well on your way to organising an unforgettable Stag Do. Here is the next (and final) instalment – The Stag Do Mini Guide Part 2.

Organising a Stag Do isn’t just about where you’re going, and who you’re going with. Once you’ve arranged the essentials, it’s time to move onto the finer details! The Stag Do Mini Guide Part 2 will make sure you cover every angle.

1.       Plan ahead

Going for a fancy dress theme? Buying customised stag t-shirts? Planning surprises and stitch-ups? Make sure you don’t leave everything to the last minute. Why not involve a few mates to brainstorm ideas for the Stag Do – ensuring it’s a hilarious and unforgettable experience for everyone involved. By arranging everything now, you can just get on and enjoy it!

2.       Take plenty of photos

Documenting the Stag Do is important – after all, your memories may be slightly hazy after the event! Make sure you have cameras to hand, and encourage everyone to share photos and videos. Get creative with your approach – how about sourcing a retro Polaroid camera, providing disposable cameras or making a video diary?

3.       Be organised with money

Be upfront with the Stag Do guests – let them know exactly how much they owe, what their money covers (and what it doesn’t), and how to pay you. Crucially – give them a deadline for payment! Keep a spreadsheet of names and money received so it’s easy to keep track of the numbers.

4.       Don’t forget the transport

If you’re organising transportation, make sure you do it as soon as possible to avoid a headache down the line. Explore all of the options – if you can’t get a minibus, you might be able to find a limo or party bus – anything is possible!

5.       Send information in advance

Make sure everyone knows when and where to meet up on the day, what to bring with them, and what to leave behind. For those who don’t already have it, provide your phone number for emergencies.

So that concludes The Stag Do Mini Guide Part 2 – now go and bask in the glory of your Best Man duties and enjoy the Stag Do of the year!
